Terms of service

• By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to these terms. Terms are subject to change.
• You must be 18 years or older to commission me
• Do not credit or link my adult work with my main handle or pages. Always link back to this handle, Murkywoods (Murkwoods on Twitter)

general

• I have the right to reject a commission for any reason
• I have the right to interpret and slightly re-imagine your character/s to fit my own style.
• Finished artwork may be posted to my galleries and used for self-promotion.
• Commissioned artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not alter or edit my artwork in any way without my written permission, though you are free to add text, background images, etc. or include commissioned work in reference sheets.
• You may post/re-upload commissioned artwork to your own gallery or personal site/s. Credit must always be given! (Either my Furaffinity, NSFW Twitter or this website)
• I am willing to make small changes/edits within 24 hours after completion.
• Do not post WIPs or the un-watermarked full resolution anywhere without my permission

Payment

• All payment must be sent via Paypal and in the currency stated by me, only (USD or EUR)
• I will add the commission to my queue and start working on it only AFTER payment has been completed
• Payment should be completed within 24 hours after claiming, otherwise the commission slot may be cancelled if no reason for the delay has been given
• Completed artwork is non-refundable!
• Refunds may be requested before completion, but progress that has already been made will be subtracted from the refund
• I have the right to cancel a commission for any reason. In this case, the commissioner will be given a full refund

Progress & completion

By commissioning me, you understand that I do not work very fast and do not accept deadlines.
I work on my own time basis when completing commissions, which can take a couple days to a month or more, depending on complexity of the commission and other factors such as my mental health and my commission queue.I will always let commissioners know if there is an unexpected, longer delay on my Trello. There, you can also check the status and completion progress of your commission.I will provide WIPs if requested.
If the commission is complex, I will always offer WIPs/sketches for approval and potential edits.Ignoring or violating my T.O.S. will result in a warning or blacklisting.
Blacklisted users will be blocked and may not use, acquire or commission any artwork or designs from me.If there are any other questions, please feel free to note/DM me on any of my NSFW handles or via e-mail [email protected].
